Chandra X-ray Observatory discovers an exoplanet that ages its parent star

New study attempts to explain the Moon’s ‘lemon shape’

There are several theories that attempt to explain the Moon’s unusual shape, but studying them has been difficult because the moon is covered with large basins and craters that mask its original form. However, new research has shed light on the satellite’s unusual bulges and argues that the Earth’s gravitational pull distorted the Moon into a ‘lemon shape’.
