Expedition 41/42 launch and arrive at the International Space Station

NASA astronaut Butch Wilmore and Russian cosmonauts Alexander Samokutyaev and Elena Serova have successfully joined their Expedition 41 crewmates after flawlessly launching, rendezvousing and docking to the International Space Station.

Arriving minutes ahead of schedule, NASA astronaut Reid Wiseman along with Alexander Gerst from the ESA and Max Suraev of Roscosmos docked to the International Space Station just 6 hours after launching from Kazakhstan.
